Claire Condie

Dr. Claire Condie is a Professor in the Earth Science and Sustainability Program at Middlesex College and a leading voice for environmental stewardship. Dr. Conde’s teaching is defined by hands-on fieldwork, including biannual beach sweeps that educate students on the dangers of plastics and promote civic engagement. As Honors Coordinator, she has mentored numerous students through the transfer process and guided them to multiple awards at the Northeast Regional Honors Conference. Her innovative research projects, such as campus-based studies of heat sinks, apply complex environmental concepts to real-world data, inspiring students to become informed, sustainable citizens.
