Dr. Cory Homer is a trained clinical and industrial psychologist and is the Vice President of Student Success and Institutional Effectiveness for Sussex County Community College. Cory has established himself in the organization as the man who gets things done, no matter how difficult. He accomplishes this by delivering consistently on all the small promises and by creating a team-approach no matter what the project is. The patient approach, that never loses faith, is able to create buy-in that allows everyone to take credit for the work. Cory has used this approach in building the Skylands Research Institute at Sussex County Community College.
