Paul Licitra

Paul Licitra is a two-time Chair and Trustee at the County College of Morris, known for his relentless enthusiasm and advocacy. A Vietnam veteran, Trustee Licitra spearheaded the creation of the Student Veterans Resource Center at CCM, which has seen a 194% increase in veteran enrollment since its opening. He was also instrumental in securing funding for four new workforce buildings, supporting programs in manufacturing, health care, and culinary science. His commitment is visible through his near-constant presence at student performances, athletic events, and nursing pinning ceremonies, always prioritizing the needs of students and the Morris County community.
